The temperature outside was 27 degrees and the heat was off in the room. It was a hotel with each room to the outside so when we got to our room it was miserably cold. We sat with our coats and boots on for quite some time waiting for the room to heat up.

The room was large and clean. The breakfast was standard fare similar to Holiday Inn. Would have given 5* but the Wifi was not working the entire time we stayed

The place smelled like mold. Paint chipped on doors and walls. The entire place is not very well maintained. I asked the front desk for a new hair dryer because mine did not work, but no one ever came to replace it. No one came to open the safe door either, which I also requested from the Indian guy at the front desk. He reluctantly took my requests with hesitation. Very poor service!! No daily maid service!!! I would never come back to Quality Inn ever again!!!

The condition of the hotel was terrible. The room was disgusting. The parking lot was not lit up and did not feel safe. I ended up leaving and got a different hotel for the night. It was bad enough that I was willing to pay for 2 rooms that night because it was so gross and unsafe.

Overall, our stay was good. There were minor things that could use improvements. The smoke detector in the hall needs a new battery as it continuously beeped. The toilet was a little loose and would rock when getting up. However, the room was clean, the bed was comfy, it was quiet, the location was perfect, and the price was right. If youre looking for a good nights sleep on a budget, I would recommend.
