During our 4 night stay, the room was not cleaned nor the towels changed. We had to go down to the desk and get fresh towels. We asked them to clean the room halfway thru our stay and all they did was empty the trash. The beds were uncomfortable and the comforters on both beds were ripped. The curtains had mold growing on them. Cleaning is obviously done by just hitting the high spots because the entire place is almost nasty. I’ve been extremely disappointed in the direction Choice hotels has gone lately and this stay just added to that disappointment.

We booked two rooms for two nights for an Alabama football weekend and expected higher rates, but we also expected basic service in return. Regardless of the price, the cleanliness was unacceptable. Both rooms and carpets were dirty and smelled bad. No one cleaned our rooms or brought the extra towels we requested, even after asking. The “breakfast” was not worth mentioning—thankfully there’s a Waffle House nearby. Definitely not a place we’d stay again.

Pictures are not accurate. Our room was extremely dirty - fingerprints all over headboard & hair on blankets. Blinds were stained & there were splatters of a drink all over the walls. The back door entry was unlocked & did not latch to the outside public - VERY UNSAFE.

We had a King room on the 1st floor and I highly do not recommend for anyone dealing with back issues. Deadbolt did NOT latch at all! Had to rely on the regular lock, the door stop latch, and the “Go Ahead and Make My Day” under the pillow.

Sheets and towels were clean. Furnishings were dated, dilapidated and the couch, carpet, chairs appeared unhygienic and stained.

Good location, but WAY overpriced even thought it was a Bama home game weekend. Could hear every step the people above us took as they walked around their room. Shower worked well and comfy bed.

这不是一家“家庭”酒店。我来这里探望家人，住了两天。房间很脏，整晚都出问题，我根本没睡。我整晚都在试图保护我的孩子免受周围那些可恶的人的伤害。整个楼层都散发着臭气和香烟味，醉汉整晚都在走廊里摔门而过，因为他们不知道怎么关门，他们尖叫着，咒骂着，我一侧的那位女士显然住在那里，用她的房间招揽客人。她继续尖叫着，我无法代表我的孩子忘记这些事情。他们永远不应该遭受这样的对待，而且这是无法挽回的。值班女孩试图让他们停下来，但她只有一个人，这显然是这家酒店的常态。一位女士甚至拦住了我 11 岁的孩子，警告他不要靠近任何人，因为他们很暴力，会向他扔砖头。我打电话给经理，但到了上午 11 点他仍然没有来上班，所以我给助理经理留了言，但他们都没有给我回电话。他们根本不在乎。我目前正在等待公司的回复。千万不要住这家酒店，它根本不能很好地体现出我们的品牌。
酒店工作人员记不清把我安排在哪个房间了。所以半夜时分……有人试图进入我的房间，把我吵醒了。我隔着门大喊让他们走开，他们就走了。
30 分钟后，我几乎又睡着了，酒店工作人员敲门又把我吵醒了。他们问我是谁，我解释说我在这里住了 3 晚，已经付了 3 晚的房费。他们现在要我出示身份证来证明我是谁。终于忙完了，也没怎么睡觉……我不得不在早上 6:30 下楼再次拿钥匙上班，因为他们把我锁在门外了。不专业
我们在这个位置住过好几家酒店，这家酒店根本就不如其他酒店。我们的房间急需更新。家具很破旧。浴室甚至没有梳妆台，只有一个墙上的水槽，填缝工作做得很糟糕。浴缸很脏。墙壁薄如纸，你可以听到一切。我们和其他人一样，不得不在第二天晚上重新激活钥匙。我们采访的一位女士说，她在那里住了 4 晚，每晚都要重新激活钥匙。
我要说的是，工作人员非常好。
不知道是谁在发表这些好评，但这家酒店绝对算不上“卓越”或“优秀”
