Rooms were absolutely disgusting. Mold on the ceiling by the shower all over the place. Cracked shower… cracked sink… bugs all over the ceiling and curtains and closet. Couldn’t check in because the guy working was trying to get another guest to jump his car off. They had children working and cleaning rooms and pushing trash cans around. If I knew the process I would be asking for a refund. The price for this place needs to be 50 bucks a night. That way people know to stay away from it. Horrible experience especially when I brought work clients to this.

Needs to be updated!!!
This hotel used to be so nice! It’s in a nice city in a nice neighborhood but it needs to be updated ASAP! My room was clean to my standards…carpet is old…I had to request a new show curtain because the old one had mildew! Breakfast was okay but there was a team of boys/men so things got gone quick.

The property is clean, safe, and quiet, but extremely outdated. It was only a one night stay, but definitely would not stay any longer.

Driving up to the property it looked very well kept. The staff was very friendly upon check in. We didn't go to our room immediately upon check in, but once we arrived to the room, I was very disappointed with the appearance of the shower. It had not been cleaned & it appeared to have mold in the shower. It was wet as if someone had just taken a shower. The shower door is not secured tight. There is a gap. Also appreciate the breakfast but wasn't ALOT of options that I could choose from.

Just HORRIBLE! Roaches under the sheet as soon as my mother pulled her sheets out we called the front desk they asked to see it as if we were lying. Supervisor came pick the roach up with his fingers and threw it away. I asked how could they accommodate us, they suggested putting us in another room after I told him I seen more bugs I told him I rather be refunded. Manger told me he could not do it being that I reserved through *******. I called ******* and they noted and offered me $25 credit and stated that my money would be refunded in 72 hours. They were no help, very unprofessional and tried to convince me to stay with roaches, stink bugs etc. it was definitely a NO for me!
