Terible loud freeway traffic noise all night long. I requested room change and was told the 'quiet side' room would cost $17/night more. IMO the hotel should disclose this noise problem so that any potential customer would know that quiet rooms cost more.

The staff was fantastic! The room was great for the price. The noise from the highway kept me from sleeping well. If we stay there again I will definitely ask for a room away from the highway.

The entire lobby was under renovations. Wish there was some notification fr ******* before we book this hotel. Toilet didn’t flush well n overall didn’t feel it was a great experience.

I am a frequent business traveler. I do not recommend this hotel. It is old and dilapidated. It was under construction when I stayed there. Too noisy — I heard highway traffic in my room from the nearby expressway. Instead of renovating, it should be demolished.

When we got the room,we didn't know that the property was under renovation I guess that's why we only paid $63 for the one night stay, but in all I hope everything will look great once the hotel is upgraded to franchise standards

Property had lobby and breakfast area under renovations. That wasnt made known at the time it was booked.
The room was clean but warm and it took an hour or two for the a/c to bring the temp down but eventually it did. After that the room was fine. The bathroom was clean but the shower was small and the showerhead low for anyone over 6ft tall. Apparently this hotel allowed smoking because we could smell the stench of cigarette smoke from somewhere on our floor near our room.
The night clerk was a pleasant young man and very helpful. The morning clerk was polite and friendly.
The breakfast left much to be desired. Eggs were watery and not very warm. Homefries were over cooked. Bicuits were cold and hard. The coffee service was in the exercise room in which the air was warm and smelled musty. There was one tiny piece of bacon and when I asked the attendant for more she replied "No. No more bacon". Then she went back to her laptop and the facetime conversation in which she had been involved. She was neither very friendly nor did she appear to be efficient.
房间设施太老旧了，窗帘有破洞，墙壁磨损严重，地毯也很脏。如果非要住的话，建议带双拖鞋！周日早上8点40去吃欧陆式早餐（10点结束），结果几乎什么都没剩下，早上他们也不补货。所以如果想吃的话，一定要趁他们刚开门就去。真的非常失望。不过前台的那位女士人很好。
