The good - the room was clean, staff friendly and helpful, and it was a short walk to the Fruita Trail where we could stretch our legs after being in the car for hours.
The not-so-good - I'm not sure if it's because we booked through ******* or not, the room was not in a good location as it was right next to one of the utility stacks. Showers being taken nearby on our floor as well as the floor above us created a lot of noise in the room.
Additionally, the cabinet housing the fridge had a harmonic vibration that was noisy whenever the compressor ran.
The bed and pillows were only OK, and all of the furnishings were a bit tired as you might expect from an aging hotel. It's generally a noisy location, which is out of the hands of the hotel.
Overall, it was about value for the price and a place to sleep and have a light breakfast before moving on.

Although an older hotel the remodel is emaculate and tasteful. Rooms and bathrooms are super clean. Fron desk employee and manager easy.to work with. Great place to stay!!!

Everything was good except you had to keep logging on the internet too often. The entry into the room was awfully narrow and the bathroom wasn’t very roomy. The room was clean and a comfortable bed. I liked the nonslip mat on the tub floor with a grab bar. The painting of the room could use a professional to do it. It was done sloppily and it could use an update. Overall, the staff was very nice and the maintenance man was nice and helpful.

Terrible stay
The room was filthy and disgusting. We changed rooms and the second was not much better. There was a terrible smell, ripped and stained bed covers and unclean bathroom. I didn’t feel comfortable enough to unpack our suitcases. The breakfast was terrible, they threw overcooked sausage patties in with breakfast potatoes. I told staff about my concerns and they were not interested.
