Usually when we stay at the hotel or motel when you go and it's a well moment but this is just plain in the room it's not something wild that we can when you come in

The staff was polite but the amenities were very limited. They only offered coffee for morning refreshments. The rooms were very run down and in need of repairs. Bathroom tiles were cracked and broken, dirt in the elevator, only vending machines available were located on the first floor.

Actually hotel was nice and clean and parking was good but the water pressure in room was poor room 212 needs attention carpet on second floor needs replacing it smells and looks bad

I will bypass this place in the future!
No hot water, boiler broke down early in the day, and couldn’t get it fixed. The motel shouldn’t be taking reservations if the boiler was broken. We had an ice bucket, but the ice machine didn’t work. I didn’t sit on the couch in our room, because it looked like a pack of lions took residence on it, it was shredded. The carpet in the hallways had so much spray on it, you could hardly breathe as you are walking down it. Water all over in the laundry room, so the staff were trying to clean it up with a wet vac until 10:45pm. It was hard to get any sleep. It’s not like the vacuum was the only thing affecting our sleep. The bed was hard a rock, and the pillows were horrible.

Room was OK only thing was light in bathroom was burnt out so shower area was real bim told staff they said they would be there to fix it never showed up and my wife is disabled not safe
