The is a great Super 8. I stay in hotels 250 nights per year and I have never encountered as complicated sign in paperwork with as many required initials and signature.
I don't know that this is a bad thing, but the next time I am going to get pictures as it is quirky.

Pool and hot tub were functioning and provided some fun. Nice windows in the pool area for natural light.

This is our go to place when we stay in Fruita. Staff is super friendly, rooms are clean and well kept.
Our only complaint this trip was not anything related to the hotel or staff- the people in the room next to us were super loud at 3am; yelling/banging, and running a bathroom fan.

Nice location for on and off the interstate. Good upkeep. Quiet location. Only complaint was the mattress was not very firm. It was almost saggy.

I did not use this, and I think it was under repair. Generally speaking the place needs to be updated, the breakfast offerings were dismal at best.
