Staff was extremely inefficient, said they were new but had nobody there to help them. No blankets sheets or pillows for pull out bed. Called and was told if we needed something would need to come down and get it ????? Paid almost $400 for an adjoining room for 1 night! Will definitely not do that again. It was clean, breakfast nice but never again!

Mattress was horrible. Sunk in and the “pad” never stayed on the bed. The fridge clanked often and I had to sleep with ear plugs due to it. The fan never shut off on the hvac. I will not return to this hotel.

Very much a "passing through" hotel. The night staff is not very friendly but the breakfast attendant and the older lady on dayshift at the desk was very sweet. My main complaint is the place is not clean. The shower had mold, hair, and a old used bar of soap. You get very little amenities. Housekeeping never came, even when we used the request card for towels & trash removal. Hallways had trash in them. Mildew everywhere even on the mattress protector of our bed from the air conditioning unit thats very close. Carpets, walls, and surfaces looked like they were never cleaned. Saving grace was it's quiet because no one is there. Breakfast is pretty good for continental. Nice variety of items...suprised to have eggs, sausage, and waffles. I wouldn't stay again but its a good pick for quick rest spot with low expectations.

The room was fine, very clean.
The website stayed they have a pool and a hot tub, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel.
However, the hot tub is boarded up permanently, and the indoor pool wasn't heated whatsoever. It was ice cold- you couldn't even put your foot in. It should not be advertised as such.
My daughter slept on the pull out couch and I called for some sheets and a blanket. I was told they have sheets, but "since no one did laundry today, we do not have any blankets"

As I was getting ready to get in bed, I pulled the covers back and found a spider crawling on the sheets!! I was afraid all night! The sheets on the bed were unkempt ! I will never stay at this hotel again. Thank you
