There was a musty smell in the room, which we did not like and we complained to the front desk and he said it was what the cleaners clean with that caused the odor. My husband and I did not believe that for a minute, but I loved the bed. It had a pillow topper on it. I love it some much I bought a pillow topper for my bed at home.

We had a handicap room with a walk-in shower on the ground floor near an exit. It was spacious and comfortable. Also, the motel is in a quiet location. We were never disturbed by traffic or interior noises. The pool was a disappointment but the exercise equipment was good.

We were told that the pool was heated and it was not. The pool had multiple dead bugs, spiders and hair in it. The window ledge in the pool area had pieces missing from it. The hot tub was out of order when we were there. The breakfast food was pretty good. We kept the room at 67 and it still didn't feel cool in our room. The king size bed had one side that was broken in. Overall we were glad that we only had to stay here for two nights. If they fix the pool area I feel like it would be a better place to stay.

Where's the hot tub?
In the pictures, there's a hot tub. In reality, that's now a cement slab. We booked FOR the hot tub. There was also old food in the room fridge and the bathroom wasn't bad, but it wasn't clean. The bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.

Stayed here before and will again. Only issue was the pool. It was closed as it had been over a year ago when we stayed another time. It's Summer now so would have been nice.

Check in was ok but the female had to have help with us wanting to each pay one night. It was confusing to her, but she was kind and friendly. Even though she had worked a double shift.
