Check in was quick and easy. Staff are very friendly and attentive. Property was clean and safe. The only con of the stay was parking is a bit crowded. Overall the experience was fabulous!

The suite was clean and neat. All the accessories, like refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker were in working order. The common areas were neat and clean. The hotel staff were helpful and changed towel sets daily as we requested. The office staff were accommodating and kept us in the same suite even though we had two reservations. They also noticed the same sur names on the reservations and placed us next door. Much appreciated! Some times the Wi-Fi was slow and dropped out.

Breakfast was nothing to brag about. why cannot you have waffles? Pan cake need to go. No cinnamon rolls. Where the heck was the bacon. The set up for the food area was bad.Hard to move around. We pay for this crappy beakfast as part of the room. Offer the room without the breakfast with cheaper rates. More people would stay here. I would rather go through McDonalds.

Unfortunately, we did have an issue with our distributor and our delicious cinnamon rolls were not delivered We do have a rotating schedule of protein items that way each day at breakfast there is a new menu of items, I apologize that bacon was unfortunately not on the schedule during your stay as well as any inconveniences faced.

Great hotel, clean, quiet and nice atmosphere. I am glad that we booked this hotel while visiting family in Jackson. The free breakfast was adequate, definitely have had worse and better. Only complaint was that the bathrooms could have been better, cleaner and a more conducive layout, especially since we'd booked a king suite for our duration there.
