Good customer service, clean room. Good price. Didnt like thaat the hotel was charging me about $30 more than other websites. On the pmus side they got a big parking lot to park your truck and trailer or semi.

Budget friendly for a Saturday night. Fridge in room didn't work, notified front desk and sorry was the best they could do. I'd stay here again though, convenience store, gas station and McDonalds within walking distance

The front desk person was extremely nice, the room was clean. I was pleased to see they upgraded their towels, they were nice and full. Overall great experience.

We had multiple rooms with friends traveling together. None of the rooms heat/ac worked. We complained and were offered the solution of opening window 3” is as far as the one window opened or a fan. Initially I was told could couIdn’toffer rebate on the room fee because we booked thru Travelocity and not them directly. was promised after ck out, via a phone call, a $200 rebate for my stay and have received $50 to date.

Breakfast offerings looked good but as one with Celiac only juice and coffee were available. Climate control was excellent. One issue I had with shower was temperature control from 10 o’clock to 2 o’clock on the water handle no water came out and at 10 water was lukewarm at best and at 2 o’clock was scalding hot. I did not report this so that is on me

In town for a 3 night stay. The shower had a dead band between hot and cold that made water available that was cool to cold or scalding hot. When I told the clerk, he gave me a shrug and said he would put a ticket in but it would be Monday before anyone could look at it. No offer to move me to another room.

There is no breakfast. Our room had the drain sink semi-clogged as well as the tub when taking a shower. You shower with three inches of water in the tub. The tub had yellstain around the tub by the drain. The door to the bathroom was coming apart. The AC was never controlled by the temperature that we set it at. It was a constant 66. degrees in cold and in Celsius reading of 19 which is about 66 degrees Fahrenheit. Overall, I would not recomend staying in this motel. They have lavatory sinks for handicapped people but no elevator to go to the second floor. What a bummer!

The building is older so entering the building and hall ways didn’t have the best smell . Overall it was a nice location of the hotel, parking area was safe , and being a last minute stay for balloon fest it met my standards for the night
