Not a very comfortable room. Noisy and near the highway. The refrigerator had an annoying hum that wouldn't stop until I unplugged it. Worst of all I received a call on the room phone from someone saying he was the hotel assistant manager telling me I didn't register properly, so I got dressed and went down to the front desk. The night agent looked at me like I was crazy which made me think it was a scam to get me out of my room so the caller could rob me of my computer and car keys. Turns out it was a phone prank but that doesn't happen in decent hotels.

The room we stayed in was great. The breakfast was okay. The customer service was wonderful the entire time that we were there. The location was spectacular in the Franklin area. We had a great experience.

This hotel is average. From the breakfasts to the towels to the rooms, it's not bad but it's not good. They won't replace your soaps unless you go to the front desk and ask for them. It's a "corporate policy" posted on a 20th generation smudged 8X11 sheet of copy paper. However, you're not going to pay a lot, just don't expect quality.

When I reserved this hotel on the Choice Hotels website, I reserved a room with a Comfort Inn. When I arrived, I discovered the hotel had been rebranded as a Quality Inn. If I had realized that at the time of booking, I would not have reserved the room with this hotel and would have stayed across the street at the Hampton Inn. The Hampton Inn was a little more expensive, but it would have been a much nicer hotel. Upon arrival, it was clear why this hotel had been downgraded and rebranded as a Quality Inn. Maintenance on the property was severely lacking. There were holes in the closet door, holes in the wall around the light switch in the bathroom, and missing baseboard tile at the hotel entrance. The room had a musty smell to it. When housekeeping came, they took the dirty towels, but did not leave clean ones. When we asked at the front desk for replacement towels, the front desk clerk had to steal a set of towels from another guest room. A Comfort Inn is generally a 3-star hotel, while a Quality Inn is a 1- to 2-star hotel.

I booked this hotel because it supposedly had an indoor heated pool, but it was iceberg COLD!! we were told that you don't heat the pool in the summer, but it was not summer yet and it there was no direct sun, and no lights were on, either. no one we saw went in the pool because it was so cold, they just sat and put their feet in. we were told they would turn the heat on, but when we checked back later, it was the same! Then the front desk told me "lots of people" swam in the pool, but not while we were there! I demand some of my money back! I asked for the manager, but was told they don't work weekends and left my number, but no return call. the outlet in our room was pulled out from the wall, and no usb ports, either. The handicapped room did not have a roll in shower, but a tub you had to step into. The breakfast was ok.

Located right behind Cracker Barrel. Easier to get to when coming off I 575. If you are heading toward I575 turn left go behind Racetrack on Spring street We have stayed here before. Good nights rest. Hot breakfast.
