Never checked in as I requested early check in and sad I was willing to pay cost if the room to get in early. Admittedly it was about 11:00 but I said I’d pay. Young male person in ski hat said “checkin is at 3”. I said “you must have one room I can check into to” and his reply was “can’t you hear, checkin is at 3 because that’s when cleaners come in”. I said “thanks I’ll try somewhere else”. He said “it’s Indiana law that you can’t check in until three” which of course isn’t true. Even though I had prepaid the room, I left and drive across the street less than 1/2 mile and was immediately checked into Hampton Inn very politely and was even extended my Hilton’s Honors discount. I’ve owned a business since 1988 and have done my share of traveling but this is the rudest treatment I’ve ever experiences. I have evidence to prove my story if needed

There was a cockroach on the door to my room. I brought the dead cockroach to the front desk and said I want a refund...I'm not staying here!!!

The staff at this hotel were great! Very friendly, competent! The bed & pillows were comfortable.
My son did not want to swim in the pool because it did not look clean. The water for my shower never got hot, then 2 minutes into my shower it cooled down even more.
Overall, this hotel served it's purpose for a one night stay.

I was there for 2 months and the room was great. I only had the breakfast once, not much to choose from. The parking lot needs a lot of attention, it makes the hotel look run down.

房间地毯上粘糊糊的,卫生状况堪忧。浴室的油漆也剥落了。工作人员态度暴躁,组织混乱。
我们在这里租房住了好几年了,虽然它一直都是一家“不提供额外服务”的汽车旅馆,但以前从未像现在这样,几乎无法作为过夜住宿使用。
服务非常友好,食物也很棒,总的来说是个很适合带孩子入住的地方!他们有个室内游泳池,我带孙子孙女去游泳了,他们玩得很开心!
房间里的灯坏了,电吹风机也是坏的
优质旅馆
入住过程非常顺利。酒店工作人员快速高效。房间干净整洁,但有霉味。总的来说,在这个繁忙的周末,我们入住体验还算不错,价格也合适。
在我们整个住宿期间,他们没有打扫我们的房间或给我们干净的毛巾,在这方面还有很多不足之处。
