Absolutely horrible hotel and customer service After getting off a 6 hour flight we drove to the hotel only to be told we can't do an early check in because their day is 12pm to 12pm and we booked third party. Except we called on Tuesday and was told checking in around 3am when we would arrive would be half day charge only to find out we were given false information. We paid $150 for a day we already had technically booked. This booking was from 3am to 12pm. Then we were told we're going to have to switch rooms when our booking through ******* starts. So we get up to the room the water is barely lukewarm no pressure the faucet spends we had to go ask for a TV remote that ended up barely working on a small very outdated TV, that over half the channels we're just static ,we had to plug in the fridge, the AC makes horrible noiseand barely works. The hairdryer was scuffed and sticky, housekeeping kept trying to come in the room at one point even opened the door at 830 am , And the hotel is under renovation which not only started at 7am but nowhere when booking does it mention that.

Shabby room for an expensive price. Cold shower water. Didn’t have towels or trash cans in the room. Had to ask three times for towels. Had trouble finding and processing our ******* reservation.
Staff was friendly but seemed overwhelmed with ECU’s Family Weekend in town.

My friends and I loved the staff. They were all friendly and helpful. Our second year visiting and we had another great visit.

Nice hotel but breakfast could have been better you paid 13.95 and it wasn’t a lot that Hilton brands give you for free. My only complaint. Room was nice nice pillows and pretty comfortable bed

I had a clean, quiet, spacious room and it was very easy to get to and park. Exactly what I needed.
环境好 服务好 早餐也不错 推荐 下次来还会选择住在这。前台服务人员很有礼貌,热情周到。酒店环境设施也让人感觉很舒服。位置也在中心位置。
酒店地理位置对我和妻子来说很合适。房间干净整洁,而且客房服务员当天晚些时候还回来打扫了房间,并确保我们有足够的毛巾等用品。对这次整体入住非常满意。
