The staff were very sweet. The room had a smell of mist, very outdated, the door didn’t close all the way and you could see light outside which meant bugs came in. The bathroom is rusted and water was brownish. Pillows were small. The breakfast consisted of 3 hot items and 2 cereals. Again I will state the staff were wonderful.

There was an unpleasant smell in the room. A bug about half the size of a penny was on the ceiling. I called front desk around ten in the evening 10/13/2025 and asked if someone can bring something to get rid of the bug. I was told she was the only one working & could not help about it. I got a hanger, climbed the TV stand to get rid of the bug.

It was a place to lay down.
Reservation for 2 rooms. Staff changed it to downstairs as requested.
Shower rod was broken, toilet moved/loose, mold on ceiling in bathroom, towels were stained and off white colored. Beds were very soft/broken in. Doors were very loud when they were closed.

Clean room, elevator was broken. Front desk staff was not super friendly. Breakfast was ok.

I was not a fan of the night shift staff during my stay. Glued to there phone and wouldn't pay attention when they were needed. Day staff was great and apologized for the night shifts actions. Otherwise everything else was wonderful.

Mammoth Cave
Room was not ready at check in. Only had to wait 20 minutes. Room was clean and comfortable. Close to mammoth cave.

酒店很漂亮，房间里还有微波炉，很方便。早餐种类也足够多，可以悠闲地享用。
