酒店回复: Thank you for staying with us. We're sorry that there was an odor in your room and the bathroom door failed to close. We would have gladly moved you to another room if we would have known. All of our guest rooms have recessed lighting. At the door there are light switches for the vanity and entryway. These lights provided enough lighting to see to the desk and bed areas where there are switches for lights over the beds and the desk. We would never expect a guest to navigate the room in darkness. Please consider staying again if you're in our area.
酒店回复: We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. To say the hotel was disgusting is an untrue statement. All of the guest rooms have been recently remodeled to include new beds, flooring, paint, lighting, and phones. We are in the middle of a two year renovation plan. The carpeting and flooring in the common areas along with remodeling of the check-in and breakfast area will be completed later this fall/winter. Additional improvements to the guest rooms will also occur.We have talked to housekeeping to make sure damaged linens are not used. We would have gladly replaced any towels or washcloths you were uncomfortable with.We would enjoy having you as a guest if you're in our area again!

The room and bathroom were clean. Looked recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. The room faced the street and there was very little traffic noise.
It was odd that the bathroom door knob required a key to open from the outside if it had been locked with the push button from the inside. We have never seen that before in our travels. The room did not have a closet - although there were 3 hooks on the side of a bump out - nor an alarm clock. Other than that, it was good.

Basic but clean rooms and amenities.
The staff was pleasant and professional. The facility was clean with many apparent updates. The room was spacious and clean but rather spartan as far furniture and no closet(just wall hooks) and no coffee or tea amenities. It felt like a work in process. The breakfast area was clean with comfortable tables and chairs. The complimentary breakfast offerings were very basic and without many good choices. We would stay there again simply because of convenience and location. It was still a reasonable value for the cost of the stay.

Hotel was what we expected for the price. It was clean. Bed and pillows were good. The TV was fine. AC worked good but room was humid and musty from the moisture. I believe the AC unit wasn’t draining the water out properly. Coffee and continental breakfast was available.
