The only fresh whole foods for breakfast are apples and oranges...
The egg patties and sausage patties are thawed from frozen and the egg patties are loaded with pepper. I and many others have a sensitivity to pepper and there are no alternative egg choices.
Everything else available for breakfast is full of sugar.
Also the coffee is pretty nasty.
As for the room, there was gunk built up in the corners of the bathroom, leftover hair from previous guests, cobwebs underneath furniture and the drapes do nothing to block out the super bright parking lot lights at night.
The fridge made a loud ticking sound all night as well.
Will not be staying here again.

The staff( front desk,housekeeping and kitchen staff) are diligent, efficient,polite and showed great respect to their guests.

Hotel was fine. It is pretty disingenuous to say this is at deep creek lake. It is 40 minutes away! This is fraud

I booked for a four night stay.Unfortunately due to a death in the family I could not make it.I called to cancel my reservation before the first night check in time.Hotel wouldn’t even issue a partial refund on the five hundred and six dollar prepaid teservation.I paid an extra twenty four dollars for reservation protection.Never again.

The room was dirty. There was paper on the floor, a bug in the bathroom, and the sheets were stained.

As others have said, the hotel is a little dated, but it was very clean. If upgrading, I would start with the bathrooms. High toilets should be standard in hotels at this point. A small thing, but at 5'11", I was taller than where the shower head was mounted. If passing through this area again, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here.
