Beautiful hotel with great access to Beavercreek. They make everything easy, which is so nice when you’re traveling with your family. The rooms were perfect and clean and the staff was beyond friendly and accommodating. Cannot wait to return. Thank you for making our trip special.

This is a sad story, but my wife passed away in a mountaineering accident close to the hotel. My family stayed here the night of, while navigating deep sadness and grief, including having to meet with the Sheriffs office and Coroner, huge shoutout to: Gaaby Maya Brian Vel Jaclyn As well as the restaurant staff that worked that evening. These members of the staff went above and beyond to care for my family and provide truly excellent and empathetic hospitality. Truly first class, thank you Beaver Creek Lodge

Short and sweet- After a not so good stay at another Marriott property I decided I needed to start writing reviews. Hotel was in a good location, the overall experience was just ok, it was dark and depressing, the gym was nice though. I know we went at a busy time (NYE) the breakfast buffet was boring and not good at all. A la carte menu was not available which was very upsetting.

During the holiday period we have so many families that have children going to ski school early we present a buffet so they can get to ski school on time. During non holiday periods we offer the a la carte menu. I am sorry we did not have that available during your stay. WOW! This place is amazing. I had a wonderful 3 night stay during the slow season and it was absolutely impressive and stunning. Beaver Creek is a great place for families, singles traveling alone, or a romantic couple get away. Check in was smooth, the staff was incredible and welcoming. Jackie at the front desk went above and beyond to make this stay memorable and special.

千万别订这家酒店。它又旧又脏，而且是我见过最没礼貌的酒店员工。我是一名旅行社代理，为我的客户在世界各地预订过成千上万次旅行，我可以毫不夸张地说，我从未受到过如此不尊重的对待。员工态度恶劣。酒店又旧又臭，根本不值这个价。详情如下……我们开车过去，发现代客泊车排起了长队，连车道都进不去。只有一个工作人员在做代客泊车，他忙得焦头烂额。我们去办理入住时，信用卡支付系统坏了，所以入住花了大约25分钟（加上之前等代客泊车的20分钟）。我们发现泳池竟然关闭了（还是节假日！），正在重新粉刷。进门时没有香槟，只有瓶装水（这里真的没什么让人眼前一亮的地方）。健身房很小，没什么亮点。房间里有一股难闻的霉味，而且每个房间的窗户都对着走廊，这很奇怪。浴室的盥洗台几乎没有任何储物空间。房间的门锁很麻烦，我花了三分钟才打开。他们把大堂里的饮水机撤掉了（虽然我看到的时候它还是空的），而且房间里的水要收5美元。我们要求离开，因为泳池关闭了，而且事先也没有通知，他们也多次同意让我们免费离开。但是，他们最终还是收了我们罚款，而且拒绝从我们的信用卡里取消。罚款大约是350美元，我希望他们因此损失几千美元的生意。总而言之，我非常不明白为什么这家酒店的评价这么高。他们肯定是花钱雇人写的。我不会推荐任何人来这里，也绝对不会让我的客户预订这家酒店。去街对面的柏悦酒店吧——好得多，而且那里的员工非常友善。
因为酒店不断宣传“滑雪进出”功能，所以只给两星。尽管管理层试图为他们的营销辩护，但客人并不认为这是一个真正的滑雪进出度假村。我在滑雪季住了一周，没看到一个客人真正使用“滑雪进出”功能。这或许也能解释为什么酒店网站上没有“滑雪进出”功能的照片。令人费解的是，管理层为何更热衷于吸引新客人，而不是认真对待之前客人关于无法滑雪进出的诸多抱怨。尤其令人惊讶的是，这是一家万豪旗下的豪华酒店。不过，滑雪用具寄存处非常方便，而且步行到山脚（有非常实用的自动扶梯）也很轻松。否则，我会给这家酒店很高的评价。
