The place was cleaned and smelled great. Super friendly staff, I left my daughter’s IPad in the room and they called me back to pick it up. I thank them for that !!

Tv had 1 leg and propped up by coffee cup lids. At 6am, no breakfast. A few pieces of sad fruit and a few yogurts.

My room was to small to be a double and bathroom was very small as well. If I was any bigger I wasn't gonna fit. I'm a medium size girl.

AC was okay. The room and overall hotel was "weathered," i.e., sorely in need of a renovation - just a very outdated hotel.
On the other hand, the staff were extremely friendly to a T.
Also, the breakfast, coffee, were quite good.
In other words, personnel did an excellent job, while the physical presence of the hotel left much, very much, to be desired...

The bathroom was not clean and literally the size of a coat closet. But the staff was very friendly

All staff were exceptional except your gm...doug. He can definitely use customer service training of any sort. If he could borrow some smiles amd kindness from his staff that would help him out. Does he always look and act miserable? Is he always this unhappy? That's not healthy nor presents good "Customer Service"... kudos to the rest of the staff!!! Great customer service goes a long way....you just never know who is present and watching...

Ac in room was not doing very well at all. Couldnt get it to cool lower than 76
