酒店回复: The paper you received at check in is just basic hotel information. We give that to all our guest so they are aware of the hours for breakfast, the time the guest laundry is open and some information about restaurants. If you read the paper, it would inform you that the washer and dryer are only allowed to be used from 7am to 10pm. and between 10pm to 7am is quite hours, we have this in place as to no disturb our guests. Upon checking cameras, no laundry was used overnight. Due to high amounts of theft from guest, extra towels are an extra charge. We ask that all personal phone calls be taken out of the lobby, so 1) no one listens to your personal private call and 2) our front desk can check in guest without having to yell over people on the phone.

酒店回复: We spoke with out front desk clerk. to clarify, all of websites show not only are we pet friendly, but there is a pet fee. Pet fees are waived for ADA service animals. We have hotel polices in place to help our guests with common questions. The fees are put in place because this is a place of business, and it cost the hotel more when guest damage our property.

酒店回复: Ms. Lopez, you were explained several times about this matter. At check in we explained that due to renovations to our 1st floor pet friendly rooms we can only give you a 2nd floor room. When you explained you told ******* about your pet, we explained that we are pet friendly and have no problem with that, unless you send us a direct message to the property, ******* does not tell us, as I started before, I told you we are pet friendly and because of cost our pet fees have gone up. It takes our housekeepers extra time to clean those rooms so we can ensure to accommodate all our guests, including ones with allergies.
