This hotel is deplorable !!! I had to call and complain that there was no hot water- the shower was disgusting, on Sunday morning the milk was soured and no one changed it when we spoke to the employee. On Saturday when we asked for napkins we were told there weren’t any and brought Kleenexes. This hotel needs to close and start over! The doors don’t close, no one is cleaning , the hair dryer didn’t work and no one bothered to fix any issues when I complained

My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The breakfast included spoiled milk which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness and food safety. The hallway smells The door to my room looked like it wouldn’t lock properly, which made me feel unsafe. On top of that, there were stink bugs in two of the three rooms we had with family — clearly a pest control issue.
customer service was extremely slow and unresponsive. For the price, I expected at least a basic level of comfort and professionalism. I would not stay here again unless major improvements are made.

酒店就在高速公路旁边,周边环境不错,有两三家加油站和一个Dollar General超市,大部分餐厅都在酒店五英里范围内。
当时酒店贴着通知说不提供早餐。我去的时候,烘干机坏了,这有点让人扫兴。不过洗衣机倒是能用。
房间以这个价格来说有点小,但周末住住也够了。房间里有个我很喜欢的飘窗,窗户能打开。问题是窗户上没有纱窗,飞虫会跑进来。
电视尺寸挺大的,有一些卫星频道。房间里还有小冰箱和微波炉。
第一晚还不错,但早上迷你冰箱后面爬出了虫子。酒店给我换了房间。
这次住宿非常愉快,尽管我们入住得比较晚,但联系到工作人员还是有点困难。那里有个门铃,但我感觉它没起作用,我不得不等到有人正好来到前台才办理了入住。房间很干净也很安静。
太棒了!房间的布局设计我很喜欢,前台员工也特别棒。
