Unfortunately we were not notified that the parking and entrance had construction going on and it was difficult to find parking and locate front office for entry.

Parking was disappointing. When booking hotel, no where did it mention limited parking. We went to Scarywood and returned roughly around 2am. No parking available due to large construction going on at the hotel. We called and spoke to attendant and she mentioned she is aware there was no parking available. Asked where should we park and provided no help. We had to park in a restricted area next to the dumpster. Why is the hotel selling rms if the parking lot capacity was exceeded. We saw numerous people driving around in circles trying to find parking...

Room carpet clean but stained

Pool had a not to have been cleaned as there was particles floating on the floor of pool

Staff was friendly, helpful

Overall, the hotel is starting to show its age. They are working on upkeep.

Hot tub does not work, jets are broken, main parking lot was being repaved which led to a major inconvenience at check in, elevators and hallways were dirty and wallpaper needs to be replaced. What is depicted on the internet and the actual premises leave much to be desired.,

Their staff are either thieves or they don’t clean the rooms. We had an expensive hair crimper get left in the windowsill. The staff claim they can’t find it which means they either took it themselves or left it in the room for the next guest to take.

We only stayed one night as we’re driving from OR to KS. The staff was friendly and the room itself was nice and clean. Our only complaint was that the second floor hallway we stayed on was very stinky. It had a very strong pee like odor. We let the front desk know
