We took this property because it had a 4.7 rating on Orbitz. it’s much much lower than that. It’s almost like the property had been sold in the new owners just didn’t care. The room has no chair table. It does have a desk with a chair at the desk, but the only place to sit other than that one chair is the bed. The shower had conditioner, but no shampoo. There were no Kleenexes there was a half a roll of toilet paper and no extra rolls. I went down and got more toilet paper and asked for tissues. They said they didn’t have any and they gave us paper towels. The breakfast is terrible. There’s a toaster but no bread we made waffles on a waffle machine, but the batter was so liquid that they came out thin crispy, but no taste. Plus, there was no butter to put on the waffle there was syrup though. Hole in all I would highly recommend you do not stay at this property.

Clean and friendly staff

Thank you to Amy at front desk for being on point with my reservations. The housekeepers are extremely polite! I was impressed with the upgraded rooms and FINALLY had a working open pool to enjoy with my son. Really great experience and easy check in!

s the worst hotel I have stayed at in my entire life. Dirty, broken down, no service, no phone, no towels in the room and I am pretty sure there were bed bugs. I can’t believe ******* would include a place like this in their options.

The only plus is proximity to Road Atlanta. Dirty washcloth in the shower, bed is a box spring on a platform, dirty, smelly, climate control is noisy, I had a do not disturb sign out and they still made up my room, will not stay again

The property was convient for the reason we were here my only complaint is that the TV didn't work staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean I would definitely stay here again .

Quality Inn as a whole is a great place to stay.. The only reason i gave it a 2 was because of *******. I made the reservation through ******* for this location. I arrive at the location only to find out there is no reservation for me. I had the correct address that was listed on my reservation. I spent over an hour on the phone communicating with ******* in the hotel lobby trying to track my reservation. They kept telling me that MJ and Jenna at the front desk had my reservation. Maria was at the front desk. DO NOT BOOK THROUGH *******, IT IS NOT THE ACCURATE LOCATION!!! I was at the Mundy Mill location as listed and there was no MJ, no Jenna, and NO reservation! I ended up having to pay out of pocket to ensure a place to stay! I still have not heard from ******* since Sunday about my refund.

As for the hotel itself goes, I stay here every weekend and have enjoyed my stay each time. Maria is very kind and housekeeping does a phenomenal job maintaining the rooms.
