酒店回复: If you had brought the chair to our attention we could have remedied your situation. You are correct, nobody was here, except the staff, including housekeepers. There's a reason you can't check-in prior to certain times, its so when the hotel is sold out the night before for an event, you can have a nice clean room.

TV had to be reset every couple of hours. Friday night desk clerk was super helpful. But when we checked out Sunday morning - the desk clerk was in her car outside the front door smoking. We would have assumed it was just a customer - but she asked if we needed a receipt!

Service ok but they need to work on hygiene. Sheets had many spot stains, towels were worn, and carpet in room filthy with stains. Super cheap everything inside.

We arrived during the night - after 1:30am - and were happy to be greeted by staff and to get our room quickly.
However, we soon learned that there was no water. We called down and found that "there is no water pressure in the hotel, but if you wait a while, it will come back." We were ok and there was water when we woke the next morning. But that is pretty significant.

The entire place was old, dirty and disgusting. Nasty carpets, dirty bedding and people knocking on doors all hours of the night. Way too close to a very busy road.

酒店回复: We certainly apologize for the noise, however you stayed on a sold out, Notre Dame home game wkend&when a hotel is full it tends to be noisy. I'm also wondering if you were so unhappy with our accommodations why you didn't bring any concerns up with our staff or perhaps even find something more suitable to your desires :-)
