酒店回复: If you had brought the chair to our attention we could have remedied your situation. You are correct, nobody was here, except the staff, including housekeepers. There's a reason you can't check-in prior to certain times, its so when the hotel is sold out the night before for an event, you can have a nice clean room.

I was surprised there was no elevator and tgey put us on the 2nd floor. We had to carry our stuff up 2 flights of stairs. There were individuals sleeping in the common areas and not in rooms.

酒店回复: Yes, unfortunately we do not have an elevator. There was a single guest sleeping in the upstairs lobby when we were made aware it was taken care of. Rest assured this is not a common occurrence :-)

Traditional small town hotel
Very nice people on staff and they seemed to be making a strong effort in all ways. That said, the property is dated and the room had a musty smell (a/c unit perhaps?) that made the experience feel less than ideal. Traditional small town hotel. The location was our reason to stay there.

Definitely could use some updates. Our room was not the cleanest, dirt and grime in places. The bed sheets barely fit the bed, and had stains on them. The bed itself felt like you were sleeping on a board, very uncomfortable. Nobody staff wise greeted us, just werent very friendly.

Good stay for a night
Overall a good stay for a night. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Hotel overall could be updated. Not many options for breakfast. Things in the breakfast area could be labeled more clearly (utensils, etc.)

这个地方看起来比较老旧，破败不堪。外面看起来不太干净，里面也有点粗糙。我们对它没抱太大期望，因为这家酒店价格比较便宜。我们的房间很脏。床单、毯子和枕套上都有污渍，非常明显。我们离开后就没再住这里。不推荐。
办公桌旁边的椅子坏了，房间里没有纸巾，房间里弥漫着霉味。前台服务员对我们提前30分钟到达感到不满。说提前入住通常要收25美元。我入住的时候，这家酒店除了前台服务员之外空无一人。房费是在入住前全额支付的。提前30分钟到达，你会觉得我像个被烫伤的青少年。吸取教训了。即使是高评价的酒店，也一定要看看评论。它们有助于你做决定。
