We enjoyed ourselves very much the last time we stayed here. However not as much this time. The room was tiny with a king size bed, skimpy covers, bathroom door was a barn door so close to the bed it emitted light and sound, and one rolling chair. It felt like an afterthought room. We also think we booked directly with the hotel and had lovely accommodation. Perhaps by booking through ******* the less desirable rooms? Also, Labor Day weekend is the day they closed the pool for repairs? That was a big disappointment. Breakfast was not as nice as last time.

Room air unit was loud. Room was stuffy. Screen in window was torn so we couldn’t even open window. Flush handle in toilet was literally falling off. Remote control for tv not working. No guide for tv. Pool and hot tub out of order. It’s not a “spa” it’s a work out room.

We had a great stay at Swan Lake Resort! The staff was friendly, the grounds were beautiful, and the amenities were well-maintained. It’s a peaceful and relaxing spot—perfect for a weekend getaway.

Our room was mostly comfortable, though we did notice a few spider webs in certain corners, which could be improved with a bit more attention to detail during cleaning. Also, we’d recommend updating the spring beds to memory foam for a more restful and modern sleep experience.

Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely consider returning. Looking forward to seeing how the resort continues to grow and improve!
