This hotel is older. The rooms were just okay. No elevator and lots of walking. Restaurant was understaffed.

The property was nicely updated and well maintained. The facility seemed designed with care. My room's heating unit made a terrible noise when the compressor would come on, but other than that, the room was fantastic.

Food was good at the restaurant and the staff was especially friendly and helpful.
The room was great, but the restaurant is not open for breakfast but they do have a small coffee shop that serves a few different breakfast items. I would stay here again.

The front desk person at both check-in and check-out HATED that we used a "3rd party vendor such as *******". This needs to be addressed with their owners!

Excellent overnight stay
We had a nice room overlooking the dam. Parking was easy. When we entered the room, the air condition was on, making it nice and cool for sleep. Coffee was free in the morning before we took off for a 2-hour drive. The staff were friendly both in the morning and in the evening when we checked in. The lobby was comfortable and welcoming. The linens were good and the blinds were sun blocking for sleeping in.

Had a lot of luggage so glad to see luggage carts but no way to get down stairs to car. Then found out there is no evelators. Had to drive around back hike over uneven ground to get to our room.
