The room was clean and the view from the side window was lovely. The staff was very pleasant to dealwith and the free wine tasting on Friday evening was a nice way to interact with other guests. We also enjoyed sitting on the balcony with a glass or two of wine before going out for dinner. It was so convenient to stay in the inn with great parking and to be able to go to Healdsburg in 10 minutes, where parking is a little more problematic--though there are good public lots.

Would stay here again
The place was clean, clean, clean. Our room was on the first floor next to the cleaning closet so it was a little loud first thing in the morning. The bed was a foam bed and, since I had surgery recently, it made it a little tough getting in and out of it, but overall, a good stay. The staff was very friendly.

We stayed in the Tuscan Suite. Beds were very comfortable. However, walls to adjoining suites are very thin, and the first night I was kept awake by a recurring noise from next door. As the front desk does not appear to be staffed at night, there was no one to contact. The second night was quiet and we slept well. The hotel is very nice, and the views from our balcony were stunning.

Over priced but okay
The staff was amazing and super friendly but the hotel itself is super outdated and old! The rooms are tiny and the beds are softy but not comfortable.

Nice grounds. Room was good size and clean. There is no elevator to second floor and that’s where they seemed to put all the senior citizens. I recently had knee surgery and found it very difficult to go up and down constantly. Twisted my knee on one occasion. We would recommend.

I had stayed at this place in the past and had a positive experience, but unfortunately the second time around did not work out as well. I had booked a Deluxe King Room a month prior to my arrival, and when I checked in at 10pm on the day of my reservation, they said that my room was no longer available and they offered me a standard room with no reimbursements despite a difference in price between the rooms. So much for booking ahead....

Since you booked through *******, you will have to be compensated for the difference through them, as we do not have the original credit card you booked with and they take a percentage as commission.
