Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Continental breakfast is convenient and simple. Rooms are clean, location is convenient, and rates are budget friendly. I would recommend to others and would not hesitate to stay again when I'm in the area.

The worst shower ever. It wasn’t very clean, it was difficult to get it to stay on, and it screeched loudly the whole time. HOWEVER, the service was good, the room was clean, and the homemade waffles and coffee were absolutely delicious.

No pet area and no bags. Used paper bowls (eco-friendly). Room smelled. Had to be in the dirty carpet.

The bathroom floor was not clean when we arrived which made me question the overall cleanliness of the room and building. We had a large room with a lot of empty space. They could have put in additional furniture to make the space functional; instead it was wasted. The indoor pool was filthy and the property was run-down and needs updating.

Was old and nasty. Couldn’t sleep for feeling like bugs were crawling on me which could have just been in my head from knowing how old and nasty it was.
