This place needs to be shut down & DRASTICALLY REMODELED. The only area that didn't have any stains was the lobby. Non-smoking rooms still smells like smoke, people smoking in the stairwells. The rear stairwell door had a broken lock that made the building accessible to anybody who figured out the door didn't close. 1st room was never cleaned and the other room that i was moved to was slightly cleaner. The showerhead and tub spout were leaking with no full pressure. The building needs to be investigated because I'm sure there are multiple code violations. Stayed here 4x and only 1 stay was decent even tho the room was not properly cleaned. This is the last time I go back to this hotel.

I checked in to what appeared to be an extremely sparsely occupied hotel. I was given one key and went to the room. Upon opening the door, I saw a suitcase on the floor, could hear the tv on, and smelled ********* smoke. I quickly shut the door and returned to the front desk where the on duty manager said "that room should be empty". I assured him it was not. He gave me a second key and walked with me to the room and opened it to assure that I would be its' only occupant. Later that evening, I woke at 2am to discover that the a/c had stopped working and it was now very still and warm in the room. I let the front desk know on my way out the next morning and asked if someone could look at it before I return that evening as I was in town for work. When I returned at 5:30 p.m., I asked the front desk if it had been checked. The manager on duty was unaware but escorted me to the room to check and find that no, it hadn't been addressed yet. He quickly made adjustments to the ac equipment and the system came on and worked well throughout the night. It's an average hotel and was ok for the price I paid. It could use a little TLC on the exterior of the building as the interior of the rooms seemed clean and maintained. It's nothing fancy but is a decent value for the price. I'm generally a budget traveler so I wasn't looking for excessive amenities. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette and bath were clean.

There’s a Waffle House next door which I loved. It was very quiet and clean. We had a room with a king sized bed. The room was a little small, but it was overall a good stay

Disgusting experience
They didn't tell us until after we checked in that there is a big hole in the hall ceiling outside or room. There was NO toilet paper in our room . Theres literally roaches crawling across the bathroom floor and some in the tub . The pool was not available as well . Worst place ever. I asked the lady before we went to our room for a refund when she told us about the hole and the pool not available and she said its a 24 hour cancel policy notice. The room stunk and was fility . We ended up leaving because of how bad it was . There was no way we could stick it out for a night.

We were supposed to have a king room or Queen and it was regular handicap and neither one of us are handicap The bed was too small regular
