A wrong exit trying to get to another hotel from Buc-ee’s turned into a nice experience. I usually choose other brand hotels when traveling, but my husband asked me to check it out because the outside was very clean. The check in area had a wonderful fresh high end smell and it was VERY clean. The evening receptionists was delightful and allowed me to view room # 208. Once again, delightfully surprised. The room was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful. Once I decided to choose the room, the night attendant ( Debbie) had come in and the evening person was still there. Debbie never acknowledged me and acted as if she just didn’t want to be at work that night. The evening shift attendant just kept on being fabulous while “Debbie Downer “ looked on. My 5 star rating goes to the evening and morning receptionists as well as the housekeeping staff. I personally expressed my gratitude to them. If this rating was based on Debbie, you would be getting a 2 at the most. This is a no thrills hotel, but you can definitely tell that they are trying very hard to make a piece a coal , a diamond! You have changed my perspective on trying to only use the higher end hotels. Thanks for everything!! The Coffie family.

Stayed there during the first week of December with my family, in the room with three beds. I have three major complaints about the hotel. The room we booked was advertised as having a third double bed in the room, but it was in fact just a twin. So everyone was cramped on space. Every evening if someone was using the bathtub, we would get a phone call from the lobby, complaining they had water coming through their ceiling. Our family didn't overfill the bathtub or get water onto the floor, just took a normal bath. They must have some plumbing issue that causes water to leak behind the wall and onto the first floor. Lastly, after coming back to the hotel on our 2nd day, we noticed the cleaners had been there and made the beds. My wife was missing her rare limited edition starbucks collector's cup from the room. Not a disposable cup & cannot be mistaken for one. When we returned the rare collector's cup had been lifted from our bedside, but the empty water bottle next to it remained, & had not been thrown away. After talking to the front desk, they said they would check with the cleaners but nothing has happened. I was told nothing was turned in to the lost and found, as if anyone would take a valuable item from inside someone's room, bring it downstairs and put in the lost and found. I was also told by the manager they would check the logs & security footage and get back with me. That was two day ago. I advise anyone to stay away from this Best Western. All you can expect is false advertising, plumbing issues, and to get your things stolen by the staff.

Guest trust and safety are extremely important to us, and we are committed to resolving this matter properly. While I understand why you feel discouraged based on this experience, I want to assure you that these issues are not reflective of the level of service we work hard to provide. Property appears to be mid renovation; there is a lot of new, but still some old. Beds were comfy & clean, AC was cold, and the shower wayer was hot. The staff at the front desk were extremely friendly and gave great recommendations for local restaurants.
