Room was clean and comfortable. A bit of maintenance to bathroom would help (toilet & shower rod) overall rating. Breakfast was good as well and is typical of what I expect of Comfort Inn.

Toilet continued to run. Eventually had to move to another room. If the note about not servicing the rooms unless asked for is true, then a couple of towel bars would be appreciated to hang the towels to dry. Otherwise, the room was adequate.

The room had a toilet that did not work which resulted in trip #1 to the service desk. The pullout bed did not work with a dirty matress this resulted in trip #2 to the serice desk. Peeling paint in the bathroom.

Poor selection, no selection. Disinterest by the staff about availability of food selections. I was there for 1 week, had hot selection on 1 day during the week.
It was never crowded. Had to be disinterest.

我们以前住过这家酒店好几次，都没什么问题。但这次情况就不是这样了。我们每年都会去北卡罗来纳州的派恩赫斯特看几次医生，因为我们住的地方离那里有一个半到一小时四十五分钟的车程，所以我们通常会提前一晚去，然后住在舒适酒店。我的抱怨如下：
当我们开车抵达时，有好几个人站在入口前吸烟，尽管那里清楚地写着“本场所百分之百禁烟”。
我们一进房间就注意到墙壁和天花板的油漆都剥落了。
淋浴水压差强人意。
打开一条“干净”毛巾时，里面掉出了一根橡皮筋。
晚上10点半以后，走廊里的人大声喧哗。
免费早餐——嗯，和我们预期的完全不一样。他们只有香肠肉饼、一些圆形鸡蛋状的东西、几种酸奶和咖啡，一点都不好吃，而且还是凉的！不过服务员态度很好。
最后，当我们站在前台时，前台的那位女士正在打电话，她看了我一眼并微笑了，这个抱怨不是针对她的，而是当我们站在那里时，还有另一位女员工，我们看不到她，但能听到她的声音，她和电话那头的人说话声音很大，情绪很激动，她表达了她的难以置信，并解释说她谈论的那个人是多么愚蠢，听不懂简单的英语，也不明白为什么她不能理解/遵循简单的指示。这非常不专业！！
我们以后不会再住这里了，也不会向任何人推荐这家酒店。
舒适实惠的酒店
我们在那里住了两晚，预订起来很方便。停车位充足。没有推车把行李送到房间。入住手续高效愉快。电梯有点麻烦，因为门关得太慢了。房间舒适干净。每天早上提供小份早餐。地理位置对我们来说很方便，所以如果有需要，我们还会再住这里。
淋浴间的扶手松了。马桶底座需要清洁。欧陆式早餐低于平均水平。有一盏灯坏了。位置很棒。员工服务很好。进出都很方便。
它比较旧……而且有些磨损，但我们觉得它干净舒适。
对我们来说很合适，因为它既方便又实惠。
我们住得还不错，只是床比我们习惯的要硬一点，而且我们到达时发现床上和地板上有食物碎屑。
