Everything was great. Had a handicap accessible room available for me without asking. I had asked for a non-slip bath mat, so they made the decision to give me that room. Forward thinking. Very personable. Fun to talk with. My 3rd time here in the last 16 months. Will stay here every time im in Indianapolis.

Clean and comfortable, hot shower! Was upgraded to a suite. It was very spacious. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was updated and clean. Bed was comfy. Area was quiet.

Reservation mixup
I did not actually stay at the comfort inn even tho the reservation was made there. The General Mgr called to tell me my reservation had been shifted to a nearby hotel because a guest was extending their stay. To me that meant the entire 2 night reservation was moved.......imagine the frustration and irritation when I found out at 10 pm the second nite that they had only moved one night while telling me the 'reservation' (ie full reservation) had been moved. Thankfully, the hotel where I'd been shifted too was able to extend the stay so that I did not have to try to move after 10 at night.
As a result of all, I've mixed feelings on the proactiveness of the general manager. But have no idea of what the hotel is actually like.

The staff was very friendly. I have stayed here several times over the years, and an update is needed. During my 5 day stay, housekeeping never came.

I wouldn’t stay here
The air conditioning did not work had to use a fan to stay cool the ceiling over the shower was patched like there had been a leak we were never ask if we wanted our room cleaned or fresh sheets or towels and wash cloths

The elevator was a little sketchy and made a lot of clanking. There wasn't a chair in the room to sit on, nor a table where you could eat at. You had to lay on the bed or one person could sit at the desk. Front desk person (manager) was super friendly and very knowledgeable of the area.

There are many restaurants around this location to choose from - any type of food you might be wanting! The bed was very comfortable. Room was very humid though and kind of felt damp. Bathroom light bulb was out, but maintenance did come and fix it.
