Nothing. Electrical plugs are worn out and unsafe. Many don’t work at all! No desk for working. Coffee machine not working. Tub-shower slippery and unsafe with no safety mat available… on and on. This property is a black mark on the Hilton brand. Will never recommend it to my friends and associates!

We loved the location up on the hill, overlooking the town, the beaches, and the piers. Sunsets were fabulous from any of the viewing areas provided.

I would of rated excellent with staff but three times our keys would not work in the lock. We had to walk down to tell staff. He just kept giving us new keys. Finally sent maintenance up to get in. It was the door sticking so bad, hard to push in. Happened the next day also and finally maintenance fixed it. Otherwise the best room, view, kitchen, beds, and most fun for a girls trip. We walked to Avila, enjoyed shopping, ate at Custom House, had ice cream and walked back. So convenient. Thank you all for having such a great property to share.

Excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach. Beautiful views. Big rooms. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy parking.
Not many quick dining options nearby.

We had a newly remodeled room really nice
Since we are not time share owners our view was a little obstructed by the red roof but from the bedroom and living room you could see and here Avila bay
The rooms were quiet lovely pool and hot tub super drivable to morro bay and pismo
The staff was fantastic !
