I was afraid to touch anything in the room. There were holes in the wall there was no latch for the lock but beat of all i tried to heat my food up in the microwave and it shocked me. There was no heat and if there was i couldnt turn it on becauae there were no knobs.

We had an overall good experience. There was a few issues. One, we paid for a late check out. However this was not communicated to staff- thus housekeeping came banging on our door to get us out. I did inform her of the late check out, and she apologized. But banging on the door like they were cops set an awful vibe, leaving a bad taste.
Second issue- our door keys kept getting deactivated. One didnt work the entire 3 day stay, leaving us with one key. Which again- half the time did not work.
Third issue- there were some very clear stains on the couches, and the bed skirt itself. Which made it feel gross. We ended up not using the couch (im sure there are carpet or upholstery cleaners that would work to remove them), and i would recommend cleaning the bed skirt as well, or making it a routinely chore.
Overall- the size of the room, and movable tv was great. Comfortable mattress, loved the excess pillows (usually you get really flimsy 2 pillows) these were nice and full, and a total of 5. Price point was awesome, but could use a really good deep clean. Great location, center of tons of restaurants and things to check out. The people above us sounded like a herd of elephants at all hours of the night/day. But i understand that isnt the hotels fault.

The room was dirty bed had big sink holes in saw a roach on floor my last night door was broken and tv didnt work the ladies at front desk were great though

Very dirty hotel and the walls do not mask any sound. But you can’t expect too much when you’re paying so little for a room

Nice stay
Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Room felt a bit on the old side. Room had an accessible bathroom which was a bit of a surprise - it had terrible lighting. No lighting for the shower.
Ice machine in the lobby failed to work. I did not try the continental breakfast.
Staff was very nice and helpful!! Would stay again, but in another room.

The check in was easy but had I not called ahead, I wouldn't have been able to get a pet room. They should make it so you can book a pet room beforehand right on *******. The room was cceptable. The bed was very tall! I wish I would've had a step stool... Had to literally climb onto the bed. Kind of unsafe. The remote for the TV was broken and the batteries were dead. The front desk did give us new batteries.
