People were very nice. Building was very outdated and needed updates. Floor in our room felt like it had holes. Ceiling had water damage. Ice machine didn’t work. Mattress were sitting in the hallways. Couches and walls were dirty.

Questionable return 😕
Ice machine did not work the entire time we were there. This caused us to have to purchase ice elsewhere on three occasions.
Unnecessary expense on my part.
Beds were too high and hard.
Carpet in the hallway was stained and dirty.
Too much loitering was allowed at the back entrance of the hotel and there was way too much ********* smoking allowed to happen there also.
The outside grounds were covered with cigarette butts.
Had to ask for more towels twice because there were not enough left by the person that cleaned the room.
Was woke up several times due to extremely loud children and heavy thumping and slamming doors in the night.
The breakfast ended way to soon, could have been extended by at least an hour or two.
Not everyone gets up at the crack of dawn.
Key cards quit working twice and had to be reset.
The TV remote was held together with duct tape and the air conditioning unit had no louvers to direct airflow.
The staff were pleasant and easy to work with.
The room itself was clean but the bathroom wall had what appeared to be mold near the floor behind the door. The toilet seat was extremely loose and kept shifting back and forth.

Will Not Stay Here Again!
First room on 3rd floor floor was flooded from fridg, TV and air conditioning didn't work. Moved to 1st floor room, ruku tv was only thing available and lost connection at 9 pm, blow dryer was missing from bathroom but staff did get one from another room, chair and curtains were dirty. Would not stay here again!

Breakfast was waffles so okay cool. Some fruit and coffee. Checked in around 1145- hallway sounds like a whole party. No big deal we are all tired anyway....cant lock the door. Its been previously kicked in. The deadbolt wont lock nor will the extra one cause its broken off. Desk clerk says she had no idea. 🤔 you need to reevaluate your staff if no ones said anything... The worst part is, and she tried to pass it off as if she didn't know.

Not a good stay
Fridge didnt work. Bed was way past its life expectancy. Gave ne a key that didnt work so up and down to get into the room. Deak person was slow and pushy to register with their perks program which we did not join. Wont ever stay there agaon evwn though I am in the area once a month for a two day show.

our room was awful.refridge not cold,shower didn't work,ac was blowing warm air,breakfast was a joke.
