The hotel is very clean, my problem was not enough variety for food for breakfast. Checking in is difficult if you use a 2nd or 3rd party.

This is not a five star property, however, it was very clean and staff was kind and helpful. The hotel is situated such that it’s easy to get to all surrounding areas for visiting different areas of Asheville and Hendersonville.

Property was clean and staff was excellent. Sofa bed very uncomfortable. Complimentary breakfast ran out of items 45 minutes before closing.

Very good except one mistake. Wake up request time 25 minutes late. If we had not woken up at correct time, would have been late for surgery check in.

Safe area. Clean. Breakfast was typical continental style, but eggs and sausage were cold by 8am. Stick with making your own waffles.

Comfy beds, however the housekeeping staff was quite load playing a tv in an empty guest room with the door propped open.

We stayed at the Comfort Inn in Fletcher for 4 nights. It has been renovated so it looks nice. We found the bed to be very flat/uncomfortable. They need new thick mattress. The sleeper sofa which we used as extra seating was very hard. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. The price was right. It was quiet!
