The staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The morning breakfast bar was excellent with a variety of options. Our overnight stay was comfortable - the bed was outstanding. I would like to order one of those mattress toppers! We would stay there again.

Okay, the room was a very nice size, which was good. In the room, the little areas of concern were the metal frame the mattress sits on is too long and dangerous for feet, the shower water was UNpleasantly hot. I turned it all the way down to almost off and it never reached a comfortable temperature. The point of greatest concern is that there were no grab bars in the bathroom, and the tub floor was a bit slippery. Also, ice machine was out of order, breakfast beverage machine was out of order, a bathroom right off lobby was out of order.

The AC unit in the room was quite loud. Also, said they had snack vending but there wasn't. And quite a few things were "Out of Order". But the bed was quite comfy and the staff was very friendly!

Property was clean but felt old, like it needed some maintenance, some freshening up. Several items were "out-of-order". Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Complimentary breakfast was not good.

Cleanliness missing

The staff were very nice. However, the rooms were in bad shape. The hotel room had dirty wash cloths in the bathtub and the toilets were not clean. We decided to stay in the room to avoid causing issues. As we turned down the bed, the sheets were wet and appeared to not be clean. The nice staff put us in another room. The AC did not work in the second room we changed to. The hotel needs upgrades and better cleaning staff.

It was a convenient location for us. The staff was very nice and helpful. The gym and the guest laundry were out of order. Looked liked they were doing some updates because there was carpet and boxes in the lobby.
