First room had 3 stains on the sheets , so the front desk staff was very helpful giving a new room , but the new room smelled like cigarettes and a used earplug was on the floor, the microwave still had food crumbs in it , and the shower had hair in it. Smart tv was a plus , but overall wouldn't stay again. Also cash deposit only, what is this the 90s? Not family friendly

Room had an infestation of stink bugs and when I called the office to inform them of bugs in the room I was directed to smash them and there was nothing the receptionist could do for me that stink bugs are normal to appear in rooms around this season , after googling stink bugs it’s preferred to not smash for it my cause a strange odor I called the office again and there was no maintenance available to assist it was a horrible experience in rooms wheme after e

Didn't stay here. Booked for my husband who was out if town unexpectedly, and when he arrived they would only take a cash deposit of $50. He didn't have cash, so he left and went to another hotel. Crazy that he couldn't use a debit or credit card, and that it had to be cash only.

AC controller is busted. Sink sprays water on counter. Upstairs occupants keep dropping things on the floor throughout the day and night.
