服务质量很差，除了前台和酒吧（早餐时服务员很容易忘记顾客的要求）。设施需要翻新（建筑、电梯、躺椅、小厨房等）。对于乳糖不耐受的客人，即使提前要求了，也只提供了牛奶，没有其他选择。这次住宿远远低于预期，需要大幅改进。

房间宽敞，床很舒服，空调超级安静。设施干净整洁，维护良好。早餐和晚餐美味可口，种类丰富。晚餐有主题活动。所有工作人员都热情友好。我们感觉像在家一样。酒店为客人准备了丰富多彩的活动。

娱乐工作人员非常棒👍🏼，工作出色。食物美味可口，而且总是新鲜，厨房工作人员会定期检查，确保所有食材都充足。酒店清洁工作也做得不错。
假期很棒。酒店很棒，强烈推荐带小孩的客人入住。我首先要感谢接待员（Celeste 女士），她笑容灿烂，专业素养极高，热情地接待了我们。酒店地理位置优越。白天和晚上都有适合儿童和成人的娱乐活动。娱乐人员非常友好，致力于让我们的假期更加愉快，尤其是 Patrícia，她非常善于沟通，而且非常敬业。我还要感谢工作人员的卫生习惯，他们每天都会打扫公寓。
地理位置优越，适合家庭入住的酒店。工作人员非常乐于助人。酒店需要翻新，尤其是客房的厨房区域和整个水疗区。通道和水疗中心缺乏那种放松身心、彻底放松的感觉。酒店周边人行道很少，而且有很多未经城市规划而建造的别墅。要通过这些别墅经由公路才能到达海滩……
