Not great - a honest review.
There was mold, stains, holes, bugs and non working lights in my room. There was cigarette smoke in the room and leftover food. Also the window was open with a cigarette inside. There was a hole next to the bed and a bed, Equipment and clothes taking up the pool room. It looked nothing like the photos.

The room they put us in was disgustingly dirty, and when we told the staff person, he said he had a nicer room, so he took us there and turned on the lights and there were cockroaches crawling on the wall. Needless to say we didn't stay there. What a DUMP!

The whole weekend was one mishap after another. The manager was really quite lacking professionalism & her mismanagement of the weekend was unsatisfactory. The place seemed to be an awkward transition of fix up & certain amenities disclosed was unavailable.

I am 80 yrs old, travelling by myself. This did not look like the picture or any other Econ chain. The neighborhood was questionable, the lobby dirty. I immediately said I wanted to cancel my reservation. I was told to do it through the ********** app. I had to download it, had difficulty and was unable to cancel by 6 pm. I did cancel atb6:08. I want a full refund. This business should be razed.

Stay awa!
Worst ever. We stayed there maybe a half hour. The room smelt like smoke. The fan in the bathroom was all mold. We had a hand towel that’s it not other towels and the soap was dirty. A cockroach ran across the floor. Was told that was the only room left haha yea right. You’re not full trust me. Then the pool area had a lot of trip hazards. There was a mattress leaning against the wall, box’s everywhere , their personal clothes hung up, about 8 bikes just laying there. I can for sure see why the guy at the desk didn’t hesitate to give us our full refund. He must get this all the time. My advise to you all……. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!

千万别住!我本来是看了一些最近的好评才订的,结果我宁愿睡车里。办理入住的女士态度很好,这是唯一值得称赞的地方。烟雾探测器直接从墙上掉了下来,电池也不见了。微波炉很脏。浴室门关不严。床硬得像石头,就是个金属架子,一动就吱吱作响。枕头又扁又平。房间里只有一个灯泡。防盗链只剩一半,根本锁不上。当时已经很晚了,不然我肯定就走了。退房的时候我们还得打电话叫人,我猜那人可能还在睡觉。虽然宣传有早餐,但我们反正也不会留下来吃。我平时不爱写点评,但这次真的,不行!不行!不行!
照片展示的是124房间。我要求换个房间,但被告知“不行”。
门上能看到之前被撬过的痕迹。为了把门锁上,就意味着门会留下一条巨大的缝隙(见照片)——我入住期间气温低于冰点,这导致我们不得不把暖气开到最大。
咖啡机坏了,我要求更换。结果给我的替换品非常脏——我直接放弃了。
尽管广告上写着“含早餐”,但实际上并没有提供早餐。也没有游泳池。
房间有两扇窗户,每扇窗户都需要两片窗帘——但实际上,每扇窗户都只用一片窗帘“勉强”遮挡。浴室门把手松动,浴室地板和淋浴盘都很脏。至于冰箱——你看看照片就知道了。
唯一值得庆幸的是床单很干净。
这绝对是我们订过的最差的酒店。拜托,拜托,在他们解决问题之前,请考虑换一家。我们入住后并没有入住,而是退房,开了两个小时的车回家了。我绝对不能让我的家人住在这里。首先,大堂烟味很重,而且很脏。我问了一下前台的工作人员(他不会“用电脑”,还帮我复印了身份证和信用卡),他说虽然大堂是禁烟的,但他管不了客人在房间里干什么。
一进房间,一股难闻的气味扑鼻而来,还有一股明显的污秽。照片里可以看到门口、浴室和墙壁的状况。没有卫生纸,摆在外面的洗漱用品都被撞翻了,其中一个看起来很旧。百叶窗坏了,后面塞着一个用过的达美乐披萨盒。主水槽里有一只虫子,浴缸里还有三四只虫子(和帖子里说的一样)。床罩上有一个很大的污渍,架子上散落着一袋吃剩的东西。我们预订时以为包含早餐——但实际上他们根本没提供——而且泳池功能齐全。从照片上看,泳池小屋被用作储藏室,包括床垫。真是恶心至极。为了您和您爱人的安全,请不要预订。我已经向trip.com举报了,但他们仍然要求我提供评论,还向Econolodge投诉。他们只是“出于礼貌”同意退还我们两晚住宿中的一晚房费。
