The rooms were disgusting. There was stuff spotted on the walls. The sheets were stained same with the duvets. The sockets were coming out of the wall. There was a hole in the bathtub. Smelt heavy, heavy cigarette smoke. The carpets were dirty as hell would not recommend.

Awesome Service!
Upon my arrival, Michelle at the front desk was very friendly, courteous, and attentive.
I was checked-in immediately and was able to relax and rest in my room.

The staff are great and friendly, rooms are clean and well kept. Would definitely stay again.

The elevator wasn’t working. Was charged $6.00 per bottle of water and total came to $38.00 on my statement it was charged twice. Next day asked the service desk and water was $3.00 per bottle so was overcharged $58.00 dollars for the water. Was also charged an extra $250.00 at checking in and hasn’t been refunded either. What a mess!

There was mold on curtains roaches and the room smelled of alcohol. The fridge didnt work and microwave was nasty. There was also a drity rag left in the room floor

The toilet seat was dirty, as well as the bathroom mirrors. The room smelled musty. The floor was damp from some unknown liquid. Smelled like mildew. Room #115 had a roach infestation. I have various videos of roaches crawling all night. Big and small ones. The ceiling is hanging down in the bathroom. The room should not have been rented out.

他们不清洁，不提供干净的毛巾，清洁服务很糟糕。
