The staff at this location was very kind and helpful. However, the room felt exceptionally damp, which I could not get rid of even putting the air down to 63. The shower continuously dripped which we couldn’t fix the door would not open properly and I fought with it every time I tried to get in the room, which they tried to fix. The floor is involved in the bathroom went out which the staff did fix, but we did have to go a night with no light in the Bathroom and there was a window that was broken in the room two doors down, which showed to the parking lot like someone had thrown something through the window, which I’m sure they just need to fix. Again the staff was very kind and sweet.

Terrible
The workers were very nice and helpful. The rooms are poorly kept up. Felt dirty. The shower clogged every shower. The one in Opelika is great. This one in Auburn is terrible. Money needs to be put into this hotel.

Small bed was not a queen. It was smelly, small and the air unit did not cool. Long night ! On the bright side, the front desk worker was very nice.

Definitely will stay again....
The ladies at the front desk was super nice and honesty deserved a 5 star themselves, plus the air was super cold which was awesome! Beds and room were really welled cleaned. The breakfast was on the smaller side, but ill take a clean, comfortable room and awesome staff over big breakfast any day plus there was a waffle house directly across the road. This is also a uncommon thing most people worry with but there were enough plugs for everyone, lighting in the room was actually awesome and the huge mirror on the wall helped with getting dressed because no one had to crowd the bathroom. Plus it was only like 8 mins from the university so it made leaving the game a breeze.
