I was a little nervous when I pulled up and saw that the hotel had outside access to all the rooms. I was instantly put at ease when I checked in. The woman at the front desk (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) was WONDERFUL! So friendly, funny, and efficient. The room was very clean and once inside the room it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is very close to lots of shopping and dining options.

The front desk staff here are absolutely lovely. They were very efficient & helped with checking in early. They were very helpful and gave good suggestions as where to eat & go do activities. With that being said that’s the only good thing about this establishment. For the price you would think the rooms are clean & the room is in good condition. Our bathroom curtain rod was hanging by a thread. One of the beds bedsheets had some stains & hairs on it. The first night we go there we found a huge bug near the window. The door couldn’t even shut properly, it kept getting stuck and beeping to close it more. The walls here and paper thin, you can hear the other rooms conversation & here them also slamming the door in order to close it since it can’t just close like normal doors. Overall the rooms could be a bit more cleaner, the bathroom sink had residue marks & a black ring. Overall would only recommend if you’re coming in and out not to stay for more than 2 nights like we did.

Great room for the night to visit the zoo the next day. Had a wonderful breakfast included to start our day. Will definitely stay here again.

Horrible hard mattress with thin metal base surround. With every movement the metal flexes and makes loud noises. Staff was kind enough to let us move rooms. Same bed set up with same noise in all rooms. Poor craftsmanship in any repairs-such as trim and drywall patches. Property needs an overhaul. Doors didn’t even seal properly. After no sleep, came back home. Only stayed 1 out of the 2 nights. Tried submitting for refund via Expedia-unsuccessful.

The door to our room needed to be kicked to help it open. Hard to be quiet with neighbours next door. Breakfast was great. It was our first stay but we will return.

This is a motel property that’s been upgraded as a Best Western. Front desk staff were nice. Decent hot buffet breakfast.

The two ladies manning the front desk were so friendly and helpful, Room was very clean, facilities were nice with a big grassy area in the back for walking the pups.
