I am a Choice hotels Diamond member. I gave an honest review of this place and because they didn't like my review they blackballed me. They blocked me from reserving their hotel. I explained in my review that I would be willing to change my review if they would contact me to discuss improvements. All they did was respond with their stock reply that they give to every negative review. I decided to give them another try to see if things improved but after they accepted my reservation they cancelled it once they saw who I was. This is how you treat a DIAMOND member? Sad. Just so everyone knows, the problems I had with my stay was that the rooms were filthy and broken down. I tried to find my review today but they all of a sudden only have "8" reviews. Seriously? Across the street is a Quality Inn. It's not perfect but I highly recommend you stay there and not at this Rodeway. Save yourself the displeasure and find a different place in Ashburn.
