I was enjoying my stay at this hotel until I tried to go to sleep. I had a training seminar the next day, and I needed good sleep to perform well. Unfortunately, other guests continued to slam doors late into the night. I asked the front desk to do something about it, but they did not. I asked to be moved to a room further away, but they said there were none (despite the many open parking spaces in the lot). I finally gave up trying to sleep, asked for a refund, and drove all the way home where I at least got about four hours of sleep. To add to this poor experience, it took the manager two weeks to finally get around to giving me my refund. In short, management really dropped the ball for me during this stay.

Hotel has been closed since June 2024! We booked directly through Choice Hotels in Dec and when I called to tell them there are Condemmed signs on the door, they said they don't show the hotel is closed. THIS HOTEL IS CLOSED BY THE CITY OF ARNOLD! I called the city! Choice won't refund my money until I PROVE that they are closed. I'm gathering my photos now. I will fight for the money I sent to these criminals.

this place was clean with friendly service and good showers. good hot breakfast included eggs, hash browns and sausage , but I heard they run out of some food items sometimes, so they must just make a limited amount. This is a Choice hotel, for those that are members with them.

The dead roach in the public bathroom and the crazy bad sound of the elevator and the lack of vacuuming and junk piled up in the stairwell and elevator and the dirty roll away bed parked next to the ice machine were all amenities not listed on the website. Other missed amenities included the closed pool with black trash bag window coverings… ntm the questionable red sign on the door that says not for human occupancy 🤷♀️ my guess the pool… but hey the sheets looked fresh our room smelled ok & the pillows and beds were comfortable… all and all it was a place to crash… the twisted tavern next door was the best part of the stay so at least check them out very good food 👍

Average hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodated a couple of requests. Most likely they are short-staffed like most places. The room was basically clean, but could have used some extra attention. It had a musty odor which was only noticable when you first walked in. The hot breakfast was good with waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage, etc. Some updates and repairs are needed. The parking lot needed attention as too many people don't take responsibility to clean up their own trash and cigarette butts. For just a night or two, this worked for us. The location was good. Right off of I-55. Close to shopping and restaurants. Downtown St. Louis about 30 minutes.

First I would like to state that this was the best hotel that I have stayed at in a long time. The staff especially Alicia has been remarkable. Alicia has took care of us in all ways and due to being handicap has been a blessing. The quality of our stay from hotel is a 10 for sure!! From keeping rift raft out of the hotel to being clean rooms is such a big deal to us and Alicia and her staff made sure we were taken care of. I would defenitly stay here again!! Thank you Alicia and your staff for everything!

I stay here each month for a few days the past several months. Alisha has been amazing. She is friendly and available to assist in anything I may need. I have seen a drastic improvement in this hotels condition the past 30 days and very pleased. It’s cleaner, quieter and I am able to work remote. I look forward to seeing all the updates that she will be making in the future.

Smells like a gas station restroom met a fast food restaurant. They use some super strong air freshener in the hallways and it seeps into the rooms. Gave me a headache, it was that overwhelming. Room is decently clean as far as bedding and restroom goes, but it’s kind of run down.
