The customer service was amazing, quick and easy check-in with one minor hiccup. I brought my 2 pups with me, and was told there was a “pet room”, which was perfectly fine. We got our room key and upon opening the door, the room looked nothing like the pictures. Not a big deal, but after settling in, we got a call from the front desk that they placed us in the wrong room. The room we were originally put in was actually for the handicapped. It didn’t really bother us, so, we packed our stuff up and went to the lobby to receive a new room number and key. Unfortunately, it was horrible. When we opened the door it reeked of cat pee. I’m not one to complain, but it was beyond noticeable. The cleanliness of the space isn’t appropriate for the price. I had to give a $75 pet fee on top of the $100 deposit after paying $109 online. I’m actually disappointed because we’ve stayed here before and it wasn’t nearly as bad. I decided to make a call to the front desk to clarify that I wouldn’t be charged for the conditions I was put in to begin with and she assured me that she’d make a note of it in the system. Like I mention, the service 10/10, but the overall experience was upsetting.

这家酒店就在我们夫妻俩常去的那家中国餐馆旁边。我们把一些食物忘在冰箱里了,后来回去拿的时候居然还在。房间很干净。前台的工作人员都很好。
