I didn't use the Air conditioner. Staff not very friendly. Parking lot dirty. bathroom ceiling and walls dirty. No housekeeping. Smoke detector missing. Room smells like ashtray

Decent place for a last minute overnight stay. Rooms are large and beds comfortable . Hot water didn’t last very long in shower (5-6 minutes ) , bathroom heater didn’t work, alarm clock was unplugged and had to plug in and set time, didn’t try tv, microwave or pool , but fridge worked. Rooms are not the cleanest but for under 100 a night I’ll take it. Continental breakfast is only a couple cereals and some bread to toast , it’s not much. Best to bring your own breakfast .

Towels and bedding need a good bleaching, old stains, thin materials. Shower water hot. Very few items for breakfast, toast, fruit, cereal, oatmeal. Juice tasted old, dumped it. Coffee ok

Horrible place to stay at. It’s expensive the beds are disgusting also the bathroom. They don’t clean the room. The towels are suppose to be white and they’re not. The staff super lazy!!!!!

The mattress was dirty and with blood on it. moved out to better hotel in area, never the less i was disgusted.

Room got cancelled without any explanation after reservation and payment was made.
Receptionist was very rude and unprofessional when I questioned why room was cancelled.
She just said “it’s not my fault, you can ask management if you want, manager will be back tomorrow” not a simply apology was made.
I know Super 8 is not the top of the line but getting a good customer service its the minimum you can expect.
******* was very helpful getting me another room nearby. Very professional and polite.

Room felt very neglected, bottome of bed the floors where very dirty as if not sweep. Ice maker not working went and got ice from office what was giving to me was looked like shave ice,at bottom of the bag. Shower looked like it was never bleached could see the ring around tub. Matter fact i went to walmart and bought my own bleach to spray. Floor in restroom looked as if had not been mop. Was a connector foor had a desk blocking it from my side. Front entrance door had a wide crack in the edge of the door where the foor would lock and make connection I advice office light would come in they stated no no light. WELL guess what light shine through door all night :(
Bed was great o ly problem was a think blanket. Oh when i asked for clean towels housekeeping stated i can take you old ones and wash yhem for you but our shipment hasnt came in uet. WTH qhay hotel only had towels for exact number of rooms? Housekeeper stated, she can give me pool towels and I told her that was fine.I'll take the pool towels to use.
Would I stay here again if I have if I had to absolutely?Yes

The room wasn't clean, even though we saw the guy, supposedly, cleaning the room. The bathroom still had hair and tissue on the floor. The were old, gray, had stains and holes. The lady that checked us in couldn’t speak understable english. I will never stay here again. One of the worst places I've ever stayed. Belongs on a back street of a third world Country.
