Had family in other rooms too their lamp shades were stained. My room had no smoke detector, bathroom door could use coat of paint, and door fixed so it closed easier

Beware

The room was dirty, food wrappers and other trash under the bed from previous guests, tv remote did not work, only 2 thin towels for 3 guests, but didn’t matter, as there was no shower curtain anyway, so no one showered. One bed was “ok”, the other had huge dip in the center. Not comfortable, not clean.

Our room was in very poor condition: smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling, power outlets were hanging outside the box, minimal power outlets, bathtub was gray with no finish on it (so bad we didn't use it), lamps were crooked, TV was extremely small, no clock or radio, air conditioner worked but was missing external parts. Overall the room wasn't worth half of what we paid for it.

Check The Beds First

I got ate up by bed bugs and the manager is a nice lady but the general manager only let them refund one day which I stayed 2 1/2 days and I paid cash and they refunded me on a card I just say bad ownership.

Its a place to sleep. AC was full blast so nice when getting to the room. Cable/TV didn't work and show pull was broken so had a hard time getting shower to engage. But it was the cheapest option in Fernley and just needed a bed for the night

Our room looked dinge. The sheets were brown instead of white. The sink did not drain, Gross!! Coffee all over the wall by garbage can. The tub and shower were older so they dark and dingy. Beds and pillows were past time to be changed out. Not going back.

Bed sheets have stains dirty dirty dirty

The bed sheets are stained, not just a little but a lot. There is a lot of hair in the bathroom sink and in the shower tub, the towels are rough. And the floor had hair on it. I asked for another room and they said there was no other room. The office stinks. This will be the last time I use this hotel.
