We stayed there 4 nights for the Thanksgiving week/weekend. This hotel was very clean and all the employees were very nice & friendly! BETH is the BEST! She is such a hard worker and so nice! We will be staying there every time we are in Fernley!

The staff was friendly and the room was clean when we arrived. They were just low on everything, (towels and blankets). We requested maid service after the second night and never received it. Overall the stay was alright.

Room was clean and spotless. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of did not participate in breakfast left before it was served each day and evening. Staff was delightful.

Comfort Suites Fernley Nevada
We had a suite and were amazed at how much room we had. There was room for everyone!

Based on the guest rating, we were *extremely* surprised by the condition of this hotel.
Our tub had areas of rust inside it on the bottom and did not drain.
Towels were kept on a low shelf next to the toilet (imagine the amount of urine droplets on them).
TV remote did not work.
Hardly any channels, and Netflix did not work. We were told, “it actually hasn’t worked for a month.”
Both mattresses were clearly worn out.
Breakfast was okay, but, for example, the hard boiled eggs were open to be touched and contaminated by anyone who pulled the drawer out.
Desk staff were not professionally dresses. This reflects badly on the whole place.

Fan weak, No AC. Could be 8ft blood stain on ceiling from self removal. Double size beds not 2 queen. Most uncomfortable double couch pullout. No wi-fi working.

It is also true that our pull-out beds are less comfortable than our full-size mattresses, However, it is not true that we painted over an 8 feet blood stain.

入住时房间还没准备好，我们不得不在大厅等了半个小时。住了三天，房间一直没人打扫。我们不得不找人拿干净的毛巾。
我还想提一件事，就是感谢那位老太太。她向我们打招呼，态度很友好，她在厨房区。谢谢并祝贺酒店为她这样的人提供工作机会。
