I booked at king bed non smoking room and what I got was a double queen bed smoking room.

There was no breakfast here. There were drig ******* walk around outside all hours of the night and kids stomping in the room above us until past 10 pm at night. This was the worst experience I've ever had at a hotel.

Room Check before you Ckeck in esp the Inn
The hotel.is nice if you have the full kitchen Stove with oven and full size Refrigerator. I was given that room because my TV and Refrigerator was non working..The room is locked off from your room and the nerve of front desk telling me not to use that area..I was their for 1 night but needed a Refrigerator and inconveniences so he changed wording talking to me...

Dirty linen, dirty shower curtain, dirty mattress.
Toilet wouldn’t flush unless you open the top and manually fill the reservoir.
Only good thing about this property was the front desk staff were nice, besides that it was very unpleasant..
Fast check-in. Clean, spacious room. Courteous and professional staff. Quiet and safe.
