Room was not 100% clean bathtub needed to be wiped down batteries in remote died and the heat and AC was a bit confusing at first. Overall it was okay just wish it was a bit cleaner

My friend and i had a reservation at the Spark Hilton Hotel and we had okay experience. The staff at the front was very sweet . However , the toliet didn’t flush and we kept calling and the maintenance did what he could. However , they didn’t put us in a different room or even offer. So we had deal with a faulty toliet and not to mention the room was beside the housekeeping closet I believe and it was always extremely loud banging where light fixtures falling off and pictures from the wall . So it was really a 6/10 .

The room was clean. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were outstanding! Not flat like some but actually comfortable to sleep on. I would stay here again.
The breakfast was very generous with choices for everyone.

Great hospitality and kind, generous customer service; everyone treats you like their family! Going to miss them when my contracts coming over. Even when the rates are high I’d prefer to stay there knowing how my stay will be then gamble it anywhere else.
