The bed was most comfortable hotel bed, I’ve ever slept on, and I travelled the entire USA. The lobby oversized freshly baked cookies were delicious. Breakfast was very well prepared, and maintained temperature perfectly. Nice workers

Location is good if you have a wedding in Evergreen. If you get room 301 - CHANGE rooms. The opening of the elevator is right outside the door and it is way too noisy in the morning Also check your blll - in the fine print they note there is a $13 hotel fee that they add to your incidental bill (they don't say anything at check in) then for our bill they added another $2 charge for the safe???? When questioned they said they could remove if we didn't use the safe. It is only $2 but why charge it then make the customer have to message in and have to ask to remove it (versus checking if the safe was used before charging for the use). I asked for the fee to be removed but days later it still hasn't been removed.

The room we booked was unavailable when we arrived and we had limited time to prepare for a wedding. The staff was able to get us into a room quickly but it was challenging to sleep in the smaller bed

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast and close to the highway. I think the price was a bit high for the value, but it was a very nice place.

This was a ridiculous price for an average hotel that charges and extra "resort fee" and then puts you in a room by an elevator and on the highway. If you would like a poor nights sleep listening to the I-70 traffic, this is the place for you. Breakfast is powdered eggs and wrinkled sausage so the value on that is not worth it either. I'm not sure what the "resort fee" covers. Do yourself a favor and keep going up or down the hill. I travel for work and should have stayed in Avon or in the City, either choice would have been more peaceful

Toilet overflowed and staff had attitude when asked for help. Ultimately they did not sanitize anything and simply mopped up toilet water and dripped it across the room. They offered another room but we decided against it since they said this happens often and we do not like the fact that they do not sanitize the rooms when it happens. We have requested a refund for one of the two nights but they are refusing. Very disappointed and I will continue the leave bad reviews on social media if this is not take. Care of.
