The night clerk was a little rude to my husband, but the lady in the morning was excellent. The room was very clean and looked like the picture which is always a plus. However, the pillows were so tiny!! I have never seen pillows that small. It was a bit ridiculous. I guess that was one aspect that didn’t live up to the pic. Also, was a little peeved that the indoor pool was closed. I looked for one with a pool bc my daughter likes to go swimming. And the gym is not 24 hour.
Overall, it was average at best.

Great clean room. Almost perfect room darkening shades (light leakage at upper corners is a design flaw, but really liked the extra edge guides that assisted in darkening the room). Great interaction with the front desk staff. Well stocked breakfast!

Overnight staff/ breakfast
The lady that host breakfast every morning is amazing. My husband and I were the only ones that had to leave every morning by 5:15 and she made sure we had a full course meal every morning. She was the reason we stayed at the specific place for 3 weeks regardless of the price

Disappointed and disgusted
Dirty rooms and dirty bedding and furniture , no maid service, had to ask for clean towels more than once and took out own trash. Will never stay here again!

I stayed here once before and had a decent stay. This time around, the room wasn’t all that clean. Dirty walls, floors. Staff wasn’t friendly this time either.
